Ingredients: - 500 g broccoli - 1 onion - 1 carrot - 1 red pepper (pimento) - 1 garlic clove - 1 tablespoon butter - Salt and pepper to taste - 5 medium-sized eggs - 200 ml cooking cream - 1/2 teaspoon basil - 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (50 g) - Additional 50 g Parmesan cheese for topping ---- Instructions: Prepare the Broccoli: - Wash 500 g of broccoli well with water and vinegar. - Soak for 10 minutes to remove all impurities. - Grate the broccoli. Prepare the Vegetables: - Cut 1 onion, 1 carrot, and 1 red pepper into cubes. - Chop 1 garlic clove. Cook the Vegetables: - In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter for 30 seconds. - Add the chopped onion and carrot. - Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. - Add the cubed red pepper and cook for an additional 10 minutes, uncovered. Combine with Broccoli: - Add the cooked vegetables to the grated broccoli. - Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Mix well. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, - mix 5 medium-sized eggs, - 200 ml of cooking cream, - salt to taste, - 1/2 teaspoon basil, - and 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese (50 g). Assemble the Dish: - Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). - Line a tray (34 × 24 cm) with baking paper or grease it with butter. - Pour the broccoli and vegetable mixture into the tray. - Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. - Sprinkle 50 g of Parmesan cheese and some basil on top. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy: Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving. 🥦🥦🥦🥦🥦

There is an error in the video instructions... It says 1tsp baking powder = 10 grams. That is wrong. It is supposed to be one tablespoon. The recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of Baking powder = 10 grams. But, even that is incorrect. 1 tablespoon of Baking powder is actually 14 grams.
